An example of good PR

As I left school today, my car wouldn’t start.  Thanks to those kind folks who jumped my battery.  Unfortunately after they had left, it died again.  I called Michelle who came and jump started the engine again and followed me to Advance Auto Parts.  I had the battery replaced and when the guy replacing saw the date on the battery, he told me that it was still under warranty.  No charge replacement.  I am impressed with the level of customer care!!!!
